The Rolex Explorer II reference 16570, produced from 1989 to 2011, is a classic tool watch designed for explorers. It features a robust 40mm stainless steel case and a fixed 24-hour bezel for tracking a second time zone with its distinctive red arrow-tipped GMT hand. The 2000 model with a black dial is equipped with the Caliber 3185 automatic movement and a stainless steel Oyster bracelet. It is water-resistant to 100 meters and, from 2000 onwards, uses SuperLuminova for luminosity.
