Full Description

The Enicar Sherpa line was introduced in November 1956, following the use of an Enicar watch during an expedition to Mount Everest. Since then, all the brand's explorer and "tool watches" have borne the "Sherpa" name. The Sherpa collection was produced in numerous variations throughout the 1960s and 1970s, including models like the Sherpa Date, Sherpa Diver, Sherpa GMT, Sherpa World Timer, Sherpa Guide, Sherpa Jet, Super Jet, and Sherpa Ultradive. These watches are known for their robustness, distinctive design, and build quality, often utilizing EPSA Super Compressor cases and in-house Enicar automatic movements. Many Sherpa models have become highly sought after by vintage collectors for their association with adventure and exploration.
